Our workouts are equal parts challenging & fun! In-studio, we offer everything from interval-based classes that combine elements of cardio, strength and balance training in a workout sure to leave you drenched in salt water (aka sweat!) to SURF Strength classes that bring the strength and challenges of SUP Yoga to land!

With our livestream and on-demand classes, you can bring the beach to your living room with surf-inspired interval-based classes that you can do in your living room! No equipment is required, and classes are for all levels.
