Unlimited Package Details
Unlimited packages are valid 1 month from the date of purchase.
15% off all apparel in the studio or in our online shop for the duration of your Unlimited Package.
10% off Epic Beach Day Surf & Epic Pool Day Surf Getaways
One month extension on any existing classes/packages you already have in your account.
For unlimited packages only, one late cancellation (within 24 hours) is accepted per month at no additional charge. For all other late cancellations/no-shows, SURFSET NYC will charge a $10 penalty.
* Listed prices do not include NYC 4.5% sales tax.
* SURFSET NYC classes and packages are valid for all in-studio classes.
* SURFSET NYC class packs can be shared by multiple people. Unlimited packages can not be shared.
Roll With It Program:
We know you want to ride waves with us all the time, but we understand sometimes life - work, travel, moving, etc. - gets in the way. We want to make sure you never miss a wave (or lose a class credit) again, so we're rolling out our new rollover program! Now, you can rollover existing class credits & extend the expiration date of all class packs with our Roll With It Program. Here's how it works:
Make another purchase at www.surfsetnyc.com before your class pack expires.
E-mail aaron@surfsetnyc.com to let him know you made another purchase.
We will extend the expiration date of your existing credits to match the expiration date of your new purchase. (i.e. 2 months for First-Timer/Single Classes, 4 months for 5-packs, 6 months for 10-packs & 8 months for 15-packs.)
The Roll With It Program is valid for any single class or class pack purchase. You must purchase additional classes BEFORE your existing class pack expires to roll over credits. It is not valid to extend unlimited packages.
Cancellation Policy:
* If you need to cancel, you MUST do so in our online reservation system at least 24 hours prior to the class start time. Phone calls/emails will not be accepted.
* For single sessions & class packs: If you cancel your reservation in our online reservation system at least 24 hours before your scheduled class, you will receive credit in your account to reschedule for a future class. If you cancel within 24 hours of the class start time or do not show up, you will forfeit the class.
* For unlimited packages: If you cancel your reservation in our online reservation system at least 24 hours before your scheduled class, there is no penalty. You can late cancel (within 24 hours) one class without an additional charge. For all other late cancellations/no-shows, SURFSET NYC will charge a $10 penalty to your card on file. You must have a valid card on file for the unlimited package. Upon purchase of the unlimited package, you give SURFSET NYC permission to charge your card on file a $10 penalty each time you late cancel (within 24 hours) or do not show up to class.
* Class sales are final. There are no refunds.
STUDIO POLICIES & PROTOCOLS:
If you are feeling sick with a cough, fever, or COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home until you are symptom free for 14 days or have tested negative for COVID-19.
Arrive 15-5 minutes before class start time. Late arrivals will not be permitted & you will forfeit your spot in class (without a refund/class credit).
Please wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer upon arrival. SURFSET NYC will have disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer available for you to use anytime.
Bring a small, workout towel and water. Bottled water is available for $1. Towels will not be provided and the water refill station is not available.
The bathroom (toilet and sink) are available for use, but the shower/vanity station (hair dryer, dry shampoo, body wipes) are not currently available.
Do not use cell phones during class. There will be an opportunity to take pictures after each class.
