Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, you must notify SURFSET NYC via e-mail at least

1 week prior to the event date to receive a 50% credit for any payments (not including the non-

refundable deposit) for a future class/event. If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 1 week

prior to the event date, you will forfeit all payments, as they will be considered non-refundable,

non-transferable, and final sale.

Deposit payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final sale. If you need to cancel or

reschedule your event, you will forfeit your deposit payment.
